The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa, PMA (Private Membership Association) is an unincorporated, non-statutory, organization.  Our PMA is not a sovereign citizen or patriot movement; we are not anti-government, nor are we politically oriented.  We are simply a community of private friends who are interested in conversation and the sharing of ideas and experiences through mutual exchange of lawful gifts and honor between our members. 

Our Association is protected under the 1st, 4th, 5th. 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments. This means that the Association is OUTSIDE the jurisdiction and authority of ALL STATE and FEDERAL Agencies and Law Enforcement Authorities.

Due to the cumbersome legislative and regulatory burdens involved, we are not licensed to service federal agents, officers, employees, dependents, or volunteers of any federal franchises. Therefore, participate at your own risk; and all such persons are subject to the Bivens decision, which means they must identify themselves prior to participation in any The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa, PMA activity. In 1971, the Supreme Court in Bivens adopted an “implied cause of action theory” that permits a plaintiff to seek damages from federal officers See Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971).  Since then, the Supreme Court has recognized a Bivens action in two other contexts:

1.     in violation of the 5^th Amendment, Davis v. Passman, 442 U.S. 228 (1979),

2.     in violation of the 8^th Amendment, Carlson v. Green, 446 U.S. 14 (1980).

The Association is in the Private Domain with the protection of numerous favorable U.S. Supreme Court decisions with no decisions to the contrary to date. Just to name a few.. The Association:

Is a "sanctuary from unjustified interference by the State" (Pierce v. Society of Sisters, 268 U.S. 510 at 534-535)

Is a: "constitutional shelter" (Roberts v. United States, 82 LEd.2d 462 at 472) and a "shield" (Roberts v. United States, supra at 474).

Should be allowed to be "set apart...for free assembly" (Thomas v. Collins, 323 U.S. 516 at 531).

Creates a "preserve" (Baird v. Arizona, 401 U.S. 1).

in the [public domain], a person that has committed a "mala prohibita" felony crime in the [State]. But in the private domain of a First Amendment legal membership association, the [state], “…in the domain of these indispensable liberties, whether of…association, the decisions of this Court recognize that abridgment of such rights." The "modes of…association protected by the First and Fourteenth (are modes) which the [State] may not prohibit. In other words, a private mode or domain is protected and is a different domain than a [public domain]. What was a "mala prohibita" felony criminal act in the [public domain] became a legally protected act in the private domain or private association. A "mala in se" crime (like murder or rape) is not legally protected in the private domain or private association. N.A.A.C.P. v. Button, 371 U.S. 415 at 421.

No one participating with the The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa PMA is authorized to represent you or “provide medical care or medical advice”. You will never have a doctor-patient relationship with a presenter or anyone working with The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa PMA.  If you require medical assistance, we urge you to seek such advice from an authorized medical practitioner in the public domain.

The differences between the Land, Air, and Water (L.A.W.) jurisdictions are many, and one should become well studied before making any decisions about Law or at-law actions of consequence. The purpose of the The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa PMA helping people to meet each other, share materials, having meetings, calls, webinars, seminars, or helping members to connect with presenters is only to provide a place for people to meet each other and to discuss various insights and experiences for contemplative exercise.  It is a place for those interested in various explorations into research of all kinds of healing and regenerative modalities, interests, history, investigating all scientific, spiritual Law to find each other, so that people can hopefully better come to their own conclusions about their many personal options.

Private Members are encouraged to speak freely of their opinions due to recognition of sacred law and of the1st Amendment rights to freedom of speech.  All ideas, beliefs, concepts, pdf's, books, documents, etc., are exchanged, accepted, and shared at one's own risk, and will only be used at one's own risk. Any presenters, members or guests which are engaging in counsel or assistance arrangements are responsible for setting their own assurances and guarantees between themselves as the The Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa PMA cannot and will not offer any at any time.  We are strictly limited to helping willing people to network privately. Therefore, we do not endorse or warrant any presenter, document, statement, or expectation.
